Dafen AFC's website currently has a great discussion going on about the current Carms League Top Ten/All Star XI plus a look at all time top team's aswell. It's great to see so many mentions for current BPAFC players in there, Wayne 'Trix' Williams has had a few mentions as have Brian Bowen and Andrew Evans. Though Evsy currently plys his trade in the middle of the park I think he is being chosen by the majority for his ability between the sticks, haven't seen him with gloves for ages but have no doubt he is one of the best keepers in the league...along with Graham Williams. It's fantastic that the boys have had these shouts now I want you to either get down and lend your support, click the link above, or start something similar on our very own guestbook.

T&G Prem cup weekend with a 3rd round tie v Seaside at home. The winners face Trallwm in the Semi's. Let's finish the season on a high and get a good result

A fantastic 3-2 win v Evans & Williams saw us through to the next round of the TG Davoes Premier Cup and a home tie v Seaside.

Small match report in the Llanelli Star.
In the second round of the TG Davies Cup, Burry Port were forced to give up ground advantage against Evans & Williams when their pitch was declared unplayable.

But it did not stop Port from ruling in the early stages and they quickly established a 2-0 lead with goals by Brian Bowen and Richard McCabe, who struck with a fine header.

Port's Wayne Williams was denied from the spot when the keeper pulled off an acrobatic save, but Ian Smith made amends by wrapping up the victory for his team in the 61st minute.

2nds lost a tight game 2-1 at home against the visting Loughor Rovers.

So here we are, the ball is finally well and truly rolling. I've managed to rope in a few heads to help out with the website, Shaws going to receive a new piece of software soon that will enable him to do some work for me, im hoping to pass this software onto Jonny Bird who has shown a great interest in getting the site back along with his brother Warren and also Rich McCabe. If it wasn't for the enthusiasm from these lads i probably wouldnt have bothered.
I'm really pleased with the site so far. It's currently work in progress but even i have to admit it's looking pretty peachy. Im going to make a bold statement and say that I think our site will easily be the best in the Carmarthenshire League and back where it belongs....I remember when our site was the first and only Carmarthenshire League site around, long live BPAFC.
